Tincher Child Development Center is a part of the Directorate of Morale, Welfare, Recreation and Family Programs (DMWR), a network of programs and services through which the Army provides developmentally appropriate child care. This quality care is responsive to the needs of our military families.

Full Day Care
TCDC offers full-day care for children 6 weeks to 6 years of age. The center offers trained staff, balanced meals, and age-appropriate developmental activities. Patron fees are determined by the total family income as directed by the Department of Defense Patron Fee Policy

Hourly Care
Hourly care is available 730 a.m. – 430 p.m. The slots are open to children ages six weeks to four years of age. Reservations are required and can be made two weeks in advance.

Part Day Toddler and Pre-school Care
Alice Grierson Child Development Center provides part day care for toddlers and preschool. The program is 900 a.m. – 200 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Full Day Care
Alice Grierson Child Development Center provides quality care for toddlers and preschool, as well as wrap around care for the LPS Pre-K program (Lawton Public School). The center offers trained staff, balanced meals, and age-appropriate developmental activities. Patron fees are determined by total family income as directed by the Department of Defense Patron Fee Policy.
Cooper Child Development Center

Cooper Child Development Center (Cooper CDC) provides quality care such as full day infant/ toddler, pre-school, before and after school Pre-k (Lawton Public School), and before and after kindergarten. Cooper also provided Small ratio groups sizes to address a child’s individual needs and concerns.
The Training and Curriculum Specialist ensure the curriculum provided in the program meet the age-appropriate guide line of the NAEYC. The staffs at Cooper are train in the foundation of Early Childhood practice and theories to ensure that all the children receive the best and proper nurturing, respect, and social interaction skills.
Childcare fee are pro-rated on total family income and the Department of Human Services military family subsidies are welcome.
