U.S. ARMY FIRES CENTER OF EXCELLENCE and FORT SILL
Civilian Health Improvement Program
This program designed to encourage our civilian employees to participate in programs aimed at improving their mental and physical well being. This program is open to all DA NAF civilian employees assigned to Fort Sill activities.
To participate, employees must obtain approval from their supervisor to use the administrative leave provisions authorized by the program, and to provide the completed and signed memorandum of understanding if participating in physically demanding aspects of the program.
Employees are encouraged to review the CHIP circular and frequently asked questions, and to obtain approval from their primary health care professional before undertaking physical programs.
Improving your physical and mental wellbeing is our primary objective. It is up to you to comply with the program requirements and to maximize the benefits you can receive through participation.
