Attention all PCSing personnel
After completion of your LEVY Section briefing, please visit your local Army Community Service (ACS) Center to receive assistance in preparation for your relocation.

Sponsorship Program
The Relocation Readiness team, Army Community Service (ACS), offers training to personnel who are responsible for the unit’s sponsorship program, and for personnel who will provide sponsorship services to newcomers. The training is offered every two months, and as per unit’s request. You will learn the concept of the program, discuss regulation AR 600-8-8, The Total Army Sponsorship Program, how to be an efficient sponsor, and the difficulties encountered by both sponsors and newcomers.

First and best method to gain a sponsor: For Military and Civilian Sponsorship Requests, contact your gaining unit directly for assistance as the unit is the one who provides the sponsor.

Second method: For Military Personnel only, if your orders indicate Enlisted Replacement Bn and you do not know your gaining unit then use the sponsorship assistance contact link. For assistance you must include your:

1. first and last name
2. last four of your SSN
3. rank
4. estimated arrival date
5. your e-mail address

Sponsorship requests must be made by the Service Member only.

Youth Sponsorship
The Child and Youth Services (CYS) School Liaison and the Relocation Readiness Program (RRP) assist our school age children in obtaining teen sponsorship. Relocation does not have to be hard on kids, and the sponsorship program is designed to ease the transition.
