As the Coordinator of Fort Sill’s Commercial Sponsorship Program, I invite you to utilize Fort Sill’s Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Marketing services to enhance your advertising resources. Sponsorship & Advertising revenues are used to support vital MWR programs including childcare, fitness and recreation opportunities enjoyed by Soldiers, families and the Fort Sill community. The MWR Commercial Sponsorship and Advertising Program is the only approved and official marketing program on Fort Sill.
Increase your company’s awareness and sales by targeting the viable military market of over 60,000 Soldiers, Retirees, family members and civilian employees. The MWR Marketing team offers an assortment of sponsorship and advertising opportunities specifically designed to ensure a diverse set of business marketing needs are achieved. Billboards
Two sets of billboards are located on the north side of Rogers Lane. This is the second most traveled road in Lawton.

Twin Oaks Bowling Center has over 150,000 patrons each year and offers 36 lanes with high visibility for exposure. The banner is displayed over two lanes and is 3'x11'.

Running
To encourage physical fitness Fort Sill hosts a number of challenging runs each year to include the Diamond Brigade Run, Devil Dog Run, the Army 10 Miler and the Body vs. Earth Triathlon. These annual events at Fort Sill have earned a reputation as some of Oklahoma’s finest runs. These events also bring the Lawton/Fort Sill community together each year for some exciting competition. Become part of the excitement and expose your business to hundreds of expected competitors and spectators at each event.
Intramural Sports
Fort Sill offers many opportunities for Soldiers to participate in Intramural Sports, including Softball, Basketball, Tennis, Soccer, Football, Bowling and Combatives. By sponsoring these programs your company is helping to keep these valuable programs available to our Soldiers. Sports programs are a vital part of mission readiness by providing physical fitness and boosting morale.

Month of the Military Child
April is designated the Month of the Military Child. Fort Sill recognizes and honors the children of military families and the many sacrifices and adjustments they make to accommodate military life. During this month, Fort Sill will coordinate and sponsor activities in an effort to celebrate the lives of military children and to highlight the importance of fostering protective, nurturing environments for them.
Military Family Week
Military Family week is an annual event to pay special tribute to all military families for the contributions they make to their own communities and ultimately, to the security of our nation. Fort Sill takes great pride in bringing our families various activities and events that appropriately recognize them and focus on how they have and continue to contribute to overall family and mission readiness.
Camp Cowabunga
Camp Cowabunga is a free summer day camp for special needs children in the 1st through 12th grades. The children participate in swimming, arts and crafts, sports, developmental activities and field trips. The camps goal is to provide children with activities that promote productive growth and development of their young minds and bodies and generate pride and self-esteem. There is no other camp of this type in the area and is open to all children in the Lawton/Fort Sill area.

BOSS
The Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers (BOSS) program supports the overall quality of life for single Soldiers. BOSS encourages and assists single Soldiers in identifying and planning leisure activities. Additionally, it gives single Soldiers the opportunity to participate in and contribute to their respective communities. Sponsor the BOSS program and enjoy appreciation and recognition from Soldiers and Command.
Commanding General’s St. Barbara’s Day Celebration
The Saint Barbara’s Day Celebration is a high-profile event that offers companies exposure to over 500 Fort Sill leaders. The Commanding General’s annual celebration offers first-class festivities that include the ceremonial firing of a French 75mm cannon, dinner, inductions into the Order of St. Barbara, entertainment and dancing.
Fires Seminar
The Joint Fires and Effects Seminar and Trade Expo is a unique and distinctive event for Fort Sill. MWR anticipates approximately 250 senior leaders, 250 students and 300 corporate vendor staffs to attend this 3-day event. The Joint Fires and Effects Trade Expo offers creative and unique sponsorship and advertising opportunities for your company to include, sponsor recognition and display, as well as your company logo being associated with the event in all advertisements. This event allows you to promote your business face to face with various military leaders, Soldiers and attendees from around the world.

Army Concert Tour
Fort Sill and Army Entertainment host a 4th of July Concert and Celebration every year. This is Fort Sill’s premier event of the year. The 4th of July Concert is open to the entire Lawton/Fort Sill and surrounding communities. This event offers patrons a safe, state-of-the-art, top-quality concert event. Past concerts have featured performers such as: Dierks Bently, REO Speedwagen, Tim McGraw, Willie Nelson, Rebecca McEntire and Destiny’s Child. MWR projects over 7,000 attendees to celebrate this wonderful holiday. This concert is truly a community and Command favorite.
Army Soldier Show
The U.S. Army Soldier Show is a high-energy MTV-style 90-minute live musical review showcasing the talents of active duty Soldiers selected by audition from throughout the Army. They are amateur artists who have a passion for music, dance and performing. They come from infantry, military police, medical, intelligence, armor, aviation, signal and other tactical units. The show cast and crew tours for six months, logging more than 25,000 miles by bus and air. There are over 100 performances at installations in the United States, Guam and the Republic of Korea.
Oktoberfest
The Oktoberfest is a fun-filled event offering delicious German food and beverages, music, great prizes and a variety of competitive games. Over 1,000 Soldiers, civilians and family members take part in the competitions which include, log sawing, German trivia and an assortment of other fun-filled events. The Oktoberfest Party kicks off with a Keg-Tapping Ceremony by the Commanding General. This event is open to all ranks and the Fort Sill community.
