Fort Sill Fitness Incentives

• If you would like to participate in the CG's Challenge - Western Miles pick up your free pedometer (while supplies last) at Goldner Fitness Center, Honeycutt Fitness Center or Fort Sill Youth Services and about once a month fill out the form below and record your progress.
  

• You must fill out the CG's Challenge - Western Miles Log to be recognized in the CG's Challenge Ceremony. If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive a notice informing you where and when the CG's Challenge Recognition Ceremony will take place.
  
  
• The Challenge is divided into four quarters.
  • October to December
  • January to March
    • Reported Mileage from October to March

      Any steps logged have been converted to miles based on an average conversion of 2,000 steps = a mile. If you logged information for any Fort Sill unit/battery, they will not be included with this information.   • April to June 2009. The deadline is midnight April 30, 2009.
  • July to September 2009. The deadline is midnight September 30, 2009.
  • October to December 2009. The deadline is midnight Decemberl 31, 2009
